Drew Malachosky continues to refine and redefine both the art and science of professional recruitment through his passion for the industry. Ever since Drew was a child, he bombarded his parents, teachers and anyone he encountered with questions until he had a better understanding of something he did not completely understand. That, combined with his love for meeting new people, made him a natural fit for the profession of placing people with people.

His career of nearly 15 years has been focused from the very beginning on one thing – working harder than anyone else on truly finding a solid fit between the company and the employee. Over the years Drew has earned the respect of some of the most recognized national, and international companies across a wide range of industries as well as with small mom-and-pop manufacturers.

Drew is relentless, not only in his pursuit of qualified candidates but with the quality and thoroughness of his vetting process. Candidates are evaluated as if he were hiring them to be a member of his own team, and he spends a good deal of time getting to know them as people, not just as clients. His down-to-earth, honest approach builds trust and creates strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Drew grew up in State College, PA and is a graduate of Allegheny College where he earned a degree in Psychology and resides in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

Steve Less

VICE PRESIDENT


Since entering the field of professional recruiting nearly eight years ago, Steve has become a trusted advisor to the many clients he has served across a broad range of industries to include: high finance/accounting, engineering, and the industrial trades. Rarely does a resume submitted from Steve to a client not result in an immediate first interview. Known for a no-nonsense, direct approach, candidates immediately understand that Steve is highly dedicated to his craft by his deep understanding of the client, the opportunity and the total rewards packages being offered.

Steve has earned a reputation with his clients by first extensively interviewing his client to deeply understand both the tangible and intangible aspects of the opportunity so he may clearly translate accurate details to the candidates.

One key to his success is his strategy for when and how he works. Steve is often times working when most recruiters are not, which allows him the ability to make contact and communicate before most recruiters initiate contact, giving him a distinct competitive advantage. For him, this is not a “job”, but a race to the best talent and Steve has learned that in any race the ‘extra mile’ is the least crowded, which is why that’s exactly where he can be found.

Steve grew up in Lower Burrell, PA and attended Allegheny College where he majored in Economics. He lives in the Allison Park area just outside of Pittsburgh.

Travis Heider

VICE president, Recruiting

Travis has 8+ years of professional recruiting experience and has earned a reputation as being the go-to guy for his clients and firms. He has excelled within multiple industries to include IT, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Project Management. Travis possesses the ability to forge strong, long-lasting, professional relationships with both clients and candidates alike – he prides himself on providing an exemplary experience to anyone that he does business with.

Throughout his career within recruiting he has worked for small firms, large enterprise organizations, and everything in-between. He has seen it all and knows what it takes to succeed in any setting.  His lighthearted nature makes him an excellent addition to any project and gives him the ability to galvanize teams internally and externally to reach any objective.

Simply, he cares about his craft. Throughout his career, he has always been given the most unique and high-profile challenges which he has knocked out of the park time after time after time.

Travis grew up in Johnstown, PA, and is a graduate of Robert Morris University where he graduated at the top of his class with a dual major in Marketing and Sport Management. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for six years. He resides in the North Hills of Pittsburgh where he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing in his spare time.

Johnny Fantini

Johnny has 16 years of experience and offers a unique perspective since he’s been a Recruiter, Client Relationship Manager, and Manager in professional recruiting firms and corporate recruiting environments. He’s successfully led recruiting teams specializing in IT, Accounting/Finance, Procurement, Audit, Legal, Project Management/Business Analyst, Digital Transformation, and Marketing.

He focuses on listening to your needs and understanding your unique requirements to deliver results so your business can succeed. Because of this approach, Johnny builds strong relationships and obsesses over the candidate and customer experience to provide a one-of-a-kind recruiting experience.

Alyssa Rager

Talent Acquisition Leader

Alyssa has 15 years of experience in recruiting and leading client partnerships with delivery and satisfaction at the forefront. She’s successfully recruited and led teams in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, commercial insurance, and accounting /finance. Throughout her entire career, regardless of the industry or company she was supporting, one thing has always remained constant: her drive and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver. Alyssa will outwork anyone and often works when most recruiters are not so that she can build strong relationships even with even the most passive talent.

She has earned a reputation with her clients by getting to know what hiring managers are really looking for in their ‘ideal candidate’ and thoroughly gets to know candidates for both their tangible and intangible characteristics knowing that some of those intangible characteristics can significantly impact successful placement. She builds strong relationships with candidates and has created a very diverse talent pipeline over the years. Lastly, she has deep understanding of business operations and how talent (or the lack thereof) can impact and organizational success.

Alyssa is a graduate from West Virginia University and lives north of Pittsburgh with her husband, Josh, and their 3 kids. Josh is a Captain in the US Air Force and their kids hope to be just like him one day.
